An important meeting of the core committee of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf took place today:

• Strongly condemn the worst revenge, violation of his fundamental rights and heinous disinformation campaign against Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan during his imprisonment.
• A serious notice of the threats to the life of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan was taken.
• There is also a strong demand for immediate arrangements to provide homemade food and water to Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan.
• Expressed deep disappointment at the court hearing on the appeal against the sentence of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan
• Strong condemnation of the worst revenge actions against the legal team of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan
• The summoning and harassment of Naeem Haider Panjutha and Khawaja Haris by FIA is also strongly condemned.
• Registration of false case against Shirafazl Marwat and Umair Niazi and state efforts to prevent lawyers from representing Chairman Imran Khan are also strongly condemned.
• On the special instructions of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan, it was decided to celebrate Independence Day with great enthusiasm across the country.
• Announcing the end of the 16-month reign of criminals and fascists on August 10 as a "Day of Thanksgiving and Liberation".
• A decision to put before the nation a detailed analysis of the destruction of the economy, politics, constitution and law, society and the system of state and government at the hands of the incompetent, incompetent and brutal government of PDM.
• Details of the worst censorship imposed on freedom of expression and media and repression and revenge against journalists will be kept before the nation.
