PTI Concerns about the Chief Justice Amir Farooq Hearing the Appeal against the decision of the trial court in Toshakhana case

• Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan's hearing in the Islamabad High Court on the appeal against the decision of the trial court in the Tosha Khana case.
• Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has strongly condemned the adjournment of the trial till Thursday.
• Demanding the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court to immediately recuse himself from the trial and transfer the matter to another bench.
• The Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court has made law and justice a joke and the court a spectacle.
• A facilitator of criminals and a person overwhelmed by prejudice is not eligible to sit on the post of Chief Justice, nor can he be entrusted with the most sensitive responsibility of providing justice.
• A person lacking professional integrity and morals has made his court an altar of justice and a base for those doing political engineering.
• Disregarding all moral and legal requirements, this person punishes the head of the country's largest political party, under his nose by a foul-mouthed, ill-tempered and biased judge.
• The Supreme Court orders this person to deal with the case on merit, it becomes an ally of the fascists and kills justice at the threshold of its court.
• Instead of protecting the honor of its High Court on the violent arrest of a bail seeker in its court on May 9, this puppet is trying to give a humiliating acceptance to the armed attack on the court.
• Delay in justice is tantamount to murder of justice and Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court is the key facilitator in murder of justice.
• The only purpose of delaying the matter is to continue the series of revenge and violence against Chairman Imran Khan.
• The Chief Justice of Pakistan should take notice of the decision-making style of the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court and protect the honorable House of Justice from his mischief.
• In order to ensure the concept of independent judiciary, the core committee of Tehreek-e-Insaf has decided to file a reference in the Supreme Judicial Council against Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Amir Farooq.
• The Chief Justice should organize the protection of the fundamental right of fair trial of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan under Article 10-A of the Constitution.
