- Delay in justice is tantamount to murder of justice.
- The Supreme Court itself has identified serious defects in the most controversial decision of the Sessions Court in the Tosha Khana case during the hearing of the case.
- Core Committee Tehreek-e-Insaf said the basic rights of former Prime Minister imprisoned in Attock Jail in very unspeakable and inhumane conditions are being usurped.
- It is hoped that the Islamabad High Court will deal with the matter tomorrow instead of delaying it further and their punishment will be suspended.
- In the meeting, the meeting of the Chief Election Commissioner with the American Ambassador and the avoidance of the meeting with the President of the State was also reviewed.
- Strongly condemned the Chief Election Commissioner's refusal to meet with the President to determine the date of the elections.
- The Chief Election Commissioner's refusal to meet the Head of State is another serious attack on the purpose of the Constitution.
- The meeting of the Chief Election Commissioner with the American ambassador and the refusal of the constitutional head of the state has caused serious concern in the nation.
- The President is the head of state, the key component of the Parliament and the Supreme Commander of the Pakistan Armed Forces.
- After the dissolution of the National Assembly, the Constitution empowers the President to determine the date of general elections.
- The Election Commission of Pakistan is bound to conduct free, fair and transparent elections on the date fixed by the President.
- Unfortunately, the Chief Election Commissioner is the protagonist of the conspiracy to avoid holding the elections within the constitutional period of 90 days.
- By being part of an unacceptable conspiracy to avoid holding the general elections in the constitutional period, the Chief Election Commissioner has once again insulted his position and tried to humiliate the Constitution.
- The situation is being evaluated from all aspects, reference to the Supreme Court against the Chief Election Commissioner is not out of the question.
- In the meeting, a high-level delegation of Tehreek-e-Insaf was also briefed on the participation of the Election Commission of Pakistan
- Declaration by the Core committee not to accept the violation of the constitutional deadline of 90 days regarding elections under the guise of constituencies.
- In the meeting, a detailed consideration was also given to the illegal detention of Tehreek-e-Insaf Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi and President Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and their ill-treatment during detention.
- The core committee also strongly condemned the enforced disappearance of Tehreek-e-Insaf South Punjab President Senator Aun Abbas Bappi.
- Attacks on Dr. Nosheen Hamid's hospital and pharmacy and the worst vandalism are also termed as criminal acts of hooliganism and brutality.
- Demanding the immediate release of all detained workers including Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Chaudhry Parvaiz Elahi.
- Request to the Supreme Court to take steps to protect the fundamental rights of the leaders and workers of Tehreek-e-Insaf.
- In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, efforts to force political and social figures associated with Tehreek-e-Insaf to announce their separation from the Tehreek-e-Insaf through the police were also considered.
- A strong reaction was also expressed to concrete reports of receiving gratuity from political and business figures who did not separate from Tehreek-e-Insaf.
- Reports of promotion of criminal activities like revenge and extortion by police in Pakhtunkhwa are shameful and condemnable.
- Terrorists are targeting the province with full planning while criminals in the state ranks are fomenting lawlessness through the police.
- Central and provincial caretaker governments should avoid inciting chaos through police and law enforcement agencies.
- If efforts to spread fear and crush Tehreek-e-Insaf on the bill of state power are not abandoned, then they will be forced to consider severe public reaction in the province.
