- Vice Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Shah Mehmood Qureshi is also under the continuous unconstitutional political victimization.
- Tehreek-e-Insaf President Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi is repeatedly arrested in false cases against court orders.
- Everyone associated with Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf has been deprived of basic constitutional rights.
- Article 10-A of the Constitution of Pakistan provides every citizen with the fundamental right to a fair trial.
- Deprived of the right to a fair trial, the former prime minister is in jail on false charges.
- From the registration of more than 200 false cases against Imran Khan to the hearing of these cases, the requirements of the constitution and justice are being continuously violated.
- The hearing on Imran Khan's petitions is adjourned at the last minute without any excuse.
- Imran Khan remand was given without presenting him in any court,
- We request the Honorable Chief Justice of Pakistan to ensure the protection of the constitutional rights of the former Prime Minister of the country and the provision of justice.
- It is also a request to the honorable Chief Justice to ensure the provision of justice to the jailed leaders and workers of Tehreek-e-Insaaf, especially the women workers.
