- The sole constitutional duty of the Election Commission is to conduct fair and transparent elections within the framework set by the Constitution.
- After the dissolution of the National Assembly on August 9, the Election Commission is not willing to give the right to vote to 24 crore Pakistanis as per the constitution.
- The commission is also not taking into consideration the serious efforts by the President of the country regarding the conduct of the elections within the constitutional period.
- There is serious concern in the entire nation regarding the commission's efforts to rob the nation's right to vote under the guise of technical tricks and misinterpretations of the constitution.
- The shameful efforts to dig the grave of democracy and make Pakistan weak internally and make it look like a land of lawlessness in front of the world should be abandoned immediately and the date of elections should be given within 90 days.
