A summary of today's important and breaking news regarding PTI and the country that the mainstream media of Pakistan will never show you.
The hearing of the cipher case was adjourned without any proceedings.
Today marks the 96th day of the contentious imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Imran Khan has spent the last 96 days behind bars without facing any formal charges. Initially accused in a fabricated Tosha Khana case, then a cipher case made to save all the characters of the No Confidence Motion. The legitimacy of the cipher case is questionable to the extent that its proceedings are not conducted in an open court, likely to avoid public scrutiny and derision. In a concerning development, an unauthorized hearing was conducted in Adiala Jail today, resulting in an adjournment until November 14 without any tangible actions taken. An intra-court appeal for the cipher case has been submitted to the Islamabad High Court, accompanied by a bail application filed in the Supreme Court. Legal experts are optimistic that Imran Khan will successfully navigate through these unfounded allegations and will be exonerated from this baseless case soon.
Convict Nawaz Sharif's properties frozen in Tosha Khana were restored.
Chairman Imran Khan was punished, in the Tosha Khana case despite fulfilling all the rules and regulations and paying half the price of the watch, but no one is questioning Nawaz Sharif, who has taken vehicles from Tosha Khana for free. Moreover, the assets of Nawaz Sharif, which were seized by the accountability court earlier, were also returned. The nation is watching that the leaders who fought for true freedom were given prison while the courts is giving favors to those who are convicted criminals.
Even after 6 months, the police could not present a challan against prisoners of May 9.
The cases of May 9 completed six months today. So far, the trial has not started in any case. Challans of more than 80 percent of cases registered in Lahore, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Mianwali and other cities are still incomplete. Investigators and plaintiffs of some cases say that our focus is on repeated arrests, when the investigation is completed, new provisions are added on the orders of the superior officers, and the testimonies are also insufficient, due to which the challans are incomplete. The law gives a deadline of 14 to 17 days to complete the challan, after which the court starts contempt of court proceedings against the police.
But after six months, contempt of court proceedings have not been started against any policeman. Section 7ATA of Terrorism comes into play when there is a firing incident, in a public place. But this section was also imposed on the protest with batons and sticks.
Investigating officers say, the reason for not completing the challan is also to give time for the press conference. After the challan, the jail trial has to be completed in 15 days in most of the cases, due to which most of the people will be released. Because till now they have legally completed the sentence of one year. Most should be acquitted, and some should be given light sentences for what they have already served. This is the reason why the challans of the cases are not presented. Courts are the biggest culprits here, along with the police, who are silent on the non-completion of challans.

The court asked the Home Secretary of Punjab and the jail administration to submit a detailed report within a week.
My tongue belongs to me; they are not someone else's domain.
Sanam Javed has been unlawfully incarcerated for the past six months and has penned a letter from prison, pondering, "Can parties be forcibly abolished? Can respect be coerced from someone's heart? It prompts us to question our upbringing. Why wasn't the training of those who forcibly ousted the 70-year-old former prime minister ever scrutinized? Those interrogating our motives for protesting should direct their queries to those who initiated the practice of trespassing into homes, violating privacy. In what kind of free country are we barred from speaking freely? My tongue is my possession, not someone else's dominion."
The flag of Pakistan was lowered to make way for the flag of Bilawal.
During Bilawal's rally in Mithi on the 13th, the national flags were removed and discarded, replaced with flags of the People's Party. This incident raises concerns about the inappropriate use of government resources.
I will not change allegiance to Imran Khan no matter what.
Spokesperson of Insaf Lawyers Forum Mashal Yousafzai tweeted, "Our ILF Peshawar Division President and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bar Council member Nauman Kakakhil Sahib has been offered the post of Additional Advocate General Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the Advocate General Office and direct notification was given to him. It was given to him because he was the patron of workers in Nowshera. The salary of this post is more than 6/7 lakhs and the benefits are separate and if he is eligible, he also becomes a judge of the High Court. But in return he is being asked to switch his loyalty from Khan. He put this position on the tip of his shoe and said
that his loyalty is only to Imran Khan. There were other people who sold positions and left. He said he is a humble worker of Tehreek-e-Insaf and will openly support Imran Khan for the rule of law and real freedom in this country."
In what capacity is Ahsan Iqbal of PML-N representing the caretaker government?
Ahsan Iqbal and Mushahid Hussain, are representing Pakistan at the BRI conference in China. Has the caretaker government formally handed over administrative matters to the PML-N? The caretaker government has not only become unconstitutional, but its partiality has also come to the fore. When will the Supreme Court and Election Commission take notice?
