• With the approval of the bails of Founder Chairman Imran Khan and Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi, the false and fake political cipher case which was based on malice, and enmity has died.
• The state does not have any constitutional or legal justification to keep the founder chairman Imran Khan or the vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi in prison.
• The proceedings in the Cipher case are a clear example of a sick and corrupt justice system.
• The only purpose of this fabricated and baseless case was to get the founder chairman Imran Khan to compromise on the principles and withdraw from the movement for the supremacy of the constitution and law in the country.
• There is virtually no ambiguity in the minds of the nation regarding the contents of the cipher and its role in national politics.
• The ongoing illegal crackdown against Tehreek-e-Insaf candidates across the country before the elections and the shameful attempts to exclude Tehreek-e-Insaf from the elections through state coercion confirm the validity of the position of Imran Khan, founder chairman of Cipher.
• Unfortunately, the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court provided a judicial shoulder for the completion of the nefarious agenda of depriving the leaders of Tehreek-e-Insaaf, especially the founder chairman Imran Khan, of fundamental and constitutional rights through open injustice.
• More than 180 other cases against Founder Chairman Imran Khan are also a collection of lies, deception and myths.
• Taking into account the requirements of the Supreme Court of Justice, by ordering the records of all these false cases against Founder Chairman Imran Khan, give him the legal right to bail and arrange to stop the shameful political revenge in the country through the judicial system.
• Tehreek-e-Insaf founder chairman Imran Khan and vice chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi should be released immediately and prevented from being arrested in any false case.
