PTI condemns rearrest of Shah Mehmood Qureshi

The incident of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi's re-arrest and transfer to an unknown location immediately after his release from Adiala Jail.

• Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf strongly condemns the violent arrest of Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi.
• The disgraceful arrest of Shah Mehmood Qureshi after the Supreme Court granted bail is a slap on the face of the judiciary and justice system.
• Signs of a clear and certain defeat in the elections have driven the existence of the state into insanity.
• Failing to break the unbreakable bond between the founding chairman Imran Khan and the nation, the state is crossing all limits of brutality and cruelty.
• After the announcement of the election schedule, there has been an increase in oppression and fascism against the leadership, candidates and workers of Tehreek-e-Insaf.
• Shah Mehmood Qureshi is one of the main candidates of Tehreek-e-Insaf in the election, shameful attempts are being made to keep him out of the election race by keeping him in custody.
• After the practical death of the fake Cipher case, the arrest of Shah Mehmood Qureshi by the Deputy Commissioner, who is bound to perform election duties, and his immediate arrest after his release, is also a clear violation of the Supreme Court's order regarding the level playing field.
