Addressing a protest demonstration against MQM workers attack on Imran Ismail???s convoy in Karachi, in front of Lahore Press Club PTI Punjab President Ejaz Chaudhary said the way MQM gangsters attack Imran Ismail???s convoy, smash windows of his vehicle while he was in Jinnah Ground to oversee preparations for an upcoming PTI rally clearly shows that Althaf Bahi operates a gang.
He said people of Karachi would never forgive Altaf Hussain for ruining the lives of the people for almost 35 years. He said PTI could never forget murder of Zahra Shahid Hussain.
He said PTI rally in Jinnah Ground would be the beginning of the end of Karachi mafia, and citizens of Karachi will have a fear free and peaceful city in the near future, MQM time is up he added. He said Karachi is mini Pakistan PTI will restore peace in Karachi.
Secretary General Yasmin Rashid while addressing said hooligans attacked Imran Ismail???s caravan. She said why PTI was barred from holding a political rally in Jinnah Ground, is Jinnah Ground Altaf Hussain???s personal property she questioned. She said how we could avoid future such incidents in the presence of MQM gangs? Law and order Implementation is Sindh Government responsibility.
She said MQM generally tries to talk from high moral ground platform after what they have did yesterday they seem devoid of morals what to speak of high moral ground, she added. She said Altaf Husssain is the reason Karachi has never had peace.
Information Secretary Andleeb Abbas on this occasion said Karachi from three decades is in a mess and to deny MQM does not have a hand in it is like denying the reality. She said how many thousand people this party has until now, killed and yet they keep it going.
She said the gravity of the crime of lynching over 250 people in Baldia Factory incident who were trying to earn an honest living in a single act of greed should be fully understood. She said Muhammad Anwar a MQM leader in London has been arrested by Metropolitan Police on money laundering charges, which proves MQM is involved in every dirty business.
She said people of Karachi now have woken with PTI and they will take to task secular terrorist organizations working under the disguise of political party.
She said PTI rally in Jinnah Ground would be the dawn of a new era in Karachi more peaceful and stable, PTI will liberate the people of Karachi from fear and terror and will restore peace and prosperity she added.
