PTI Punjab President Ejaz Choudhary said un scheduled load shedding has ruined the lives of people. He said people want immediate relief but incompetent ministers are busy inaugurating spring festivals and going on tours. He said Nawaz Sharif and his kitchen cabinet has no understanding of the suffering of people.
The prime minister has no time to think for the people of Pakistan as his only priority is to remain on foreign trips. He said when the parliament has decided that Pakistan will not interfere in Yamen conflict why Sharif Brothers are going Saudi Arabia every second day. He said Pakistan is a poor country and cannot afford private visits of Sharif Family on account of public money. He said if the load shedding issue is not resolved immediately then PTI will be on the streets to demand the basic necessity.
Secretary General Yasmin said Sharif Brothers with their misplaced
priorities and pathetic governance are dragging Pakistan towards stone age. She said with 18 to 20 hours load shedding how people will be able to keep their household running let alone the industry which is suffering. She said PTI welcomes Chinese investment in Pakistan but she fears the commission mafia might create hindrance in the timely completion of the power projects. She said installation of coal power projects will be a environmental disaster and the government wants to install coal power plants in the populated areas she added.
Information Secretary Andleeb Abbas said Sharif Brothers should come out of their virtual world and see the sufferings of the commoner. She said the load shedding issue is nothing but inept bad governance in power sector. She said country is reeling under severe governance crisis but Sharif Brothers cronies keep projecting that everything is in place and working fine. She said the long term solution of load shedding lies in atomic power projects which can produced cheap electricity and are environmental friendly. Its shameful that an atomic country is facing severe electricity crisis despite having resources and capability to install and run atomic power plants she added. She said Sharif Brothers have enough promises of load shedding finishing in 6 months and 2 years and it is time to start delivering for the poor people and sinking economy.
