- The illegal imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has passed 74 days today. Imran Khan has been facing judicial injustice for 74 days. He is in Adiala Jail, not as a criminal but as an accused. On the other hand, Adiala Jail's convict, Nawaz Sharif, is getting bail without surrendering before the Court.
- Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Aamer Farooq has set the worst example of judicial injustice. The bail case of Nawaz Sharif, a fugitive from the courts and convicted criminal, was heard and granted immediate bail. The same Justice Aamer Farooq used to call Imran Khan to the Court even when he was injured, while the convicted criminal Nawaz Sharif was granted bail without coming to the country.
- After the warrant for Imran Khan was issued in the Tosha Khana case, a military-style operation took place at Zaman Park, involving shelling within Imran Khan's residence, gunshots fired, and widespread brutality on the streets. Meanwhile, in the same Tosha Khana case involving the convicted criminal Nawaz Sharif, Judge Muhammad Bashir appeared in court today despite the recent passing of his sister, and promptly suspended the arrest warrant for Nawaz Sharif. These events have raised significant questions among the public. People are wondering why there is such harsh treatment of a prominent leader and an apparent excess of protocol for a convicted criminal.
- Chairman Imran Khan sent a message to the Nation, through his lawyers today. "When there is no rule of law, people lose hope. For sixteen months, these people could not bring about any change, but the country has been pushed back decades. They still can't do anything without a plan, which will further degenerate the country. The arrival of Nawaz Sharif and me being in jail is a result of the implementation of the London plan and the deal. The arrival of Nawaz Sharif has further exposed the rotten system that the country is running through deals.”
- In the Islamabad High Court today, under the chairmanship of Justice Gul Hassan Aurangzeb, the case of providing facilities to Chairman Imran Khan in jail according to his rank was heard. Justice Gul Hassan said, "Are you all busy preparing for the return of Nawaz Sharif? Have you all gone to welcome him?" The court also issued a show cause notice to the Superintendent of Adiala Jail for non-attendance.
- Fascism continues against government employees and teachers across Punjab. Civil servants and teachers are protesting peacefully in different cities of Punjab, against which the strictest police crackdown is going on. More than 100 male and female teachers were arrested from Lahore GPO Chowk. Teachers were also arrested in Gujranwala. In Faisalabad arrests were made with extreme abuse and by raiding the houses of the teachers. There is a complete blackout of this protest of government employees on the media.
- Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Gul Zafar Khan was found innocent and released. Former Tehreek-e-Insaf MNA Gul Zafar Khan from Bajaur was arrested last month, the Court released him due to lack of evidence. On his release, Gul Zafar Khan was warmly welcomed by the citizens. Slogans were raised in favour of Imran Khan.
- Despite the court orders Khadija Shah and other prisoners could not be released. On one hand, the courts are giving bail to the criminal Nawaz Sharif without surrendering, and on the other hand, thousands of workers of Tehreek-e-Insaf are imprisoned in jails without any crime. Yesterday, the court had ordered the release of Khadija Shah and other prisoners, but at the same time, the police stationed guards outside the jail. So far, the release of Khadija Shah and other prisoners has not been possible.
- Lahore High Court Bar criticizes the judiciary. The meeting of the Lahore High Court Bar Association was held today in Lahore High Court, where the president of the Lahore Bar Association and other members severely criticized the kindness of the judiciary towards Nawaz Sharif and the worst injustice for Tehreek-e-Insaaf. President Lahore Bar Association said, "Chief Justice of Pakistan, I wish you would have kept an honour of your own name, the whole nation has seen the incompetence of court conduct on the Practices and Procedures Bill۔ You are hungry for cheap fame." Vice President Bushra Qamar said, "Supreme Court gave a decision on the Practice and Procedure Bill in 3 days for its own benefit, but the election and military courts, which are the issue of the entire nation, are still silent on it." Rabia Bajwa said in her speech, "The politician (Imran Khan) who exposed a US interference was put in jail and the one who (Nawaz Sharif) should have been in jail, you gave him bail."
- The Election Commission approved the request to remove Imran Khan from the party chairmanship. The hearing will be held on October 26, notice issued to Imran Khan. Surprisingly, on March 7, 2023, the same Election Commission rejected the request to remove Imran Khan from the party post and wrote that there is no provision in the Election Act to remove anyone from the party post and that interpretation of the law is not our job. How was this request approved? The order to remove Nawaz Sharif from the party post was the decision of the Supreme Court.
- Free treatment on health card given by Imran Khan has been shut down. "Admission of patients on health card has stopped for now", Spokesperson LRH. Last year, Maryam Nawaz expressed her desire to close the health card because it was launched by Imran Khan, which has now been closed down in Peshawar.
- After Toyota and Honda, Suzuki Company has also announced the closing of its automotive manufacturing plant due to a lack of stock. Indus Motor Company has announced it will stop production of Toyota cars for a month. The plant will remain closed for an entire month, till November 17.
