83 days have passed today since the illegal imprisonment of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Fake cases have been made against Imran Khan for one and a half years, on which the courts, rather than writing a decision in the light of the arguments of Imran Khan's lawyers and the constitutional requirements, the Judge wrote a decision only on the government's allegations. In the verdict issued yesterday in the bail and dismissal case in the cipher case, Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Aamer Farooq wrote only the allegations of government lawyers instead of examining the legal arguments of Imran Khan's lawyers, the Prime Minister's oath, and the constitutional provisions. It proves that the people making the case against Imran Khan and passing the verdict are the same. There are no impartial courts in the country.
Imran Khan's Lawyers Reveal The Truth Of Every Allegation In The Cipher Case.
Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Salman Akram Raja, answered every accusation of the cipher case while speaking in a TV show. Salman Akram Raja said, "It is not a crime. There is a whole Foreign Office code on it, which envisages that if the decoded copy of the cipher is lost from the four offices to which it is sent, it clarifies what steps will be taken in the event of the loss of a decoded copy. Section five of the Official Secrets Act applies if your case is that a government official has misappropriated such confidential documents relating to national security or the information has been given to an "enemy country" from which the enemy country has benefited. Here it is not a case that Imran Khan gave the cipher to an enemy country. Here Imran Khan told the Pakistani people that according to his political vision, a conspiracy is being hatched against Pakistan. Imran Khan left the Prime Minister's House in April 2022. From April 2022 to August 2023, why didn’t the principal secretary, as per the rules, send a letter to find this allegedly missing copy of the cipher. They did not even take the steps they should have taken legally."

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Central President Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi was brought to court today, where a fake case of fake recruitment was heard against him. Pervaiz Elahi told the court, "I have always served the public and given the most jobs. No one came to me at night, nor did they take me anywhere, yet the prosecution lied that they had taken Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi home and recovered money from him.
