The judges who gave unconstitutional relief to the criminal Nawaz Sharif in a few minutes left the bench when it was Imran Khan's turn.

Today marks 88 days since Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan were unjustly in prison. Imran Khan's crime is fighting for genuine freedom. Due to this, their cases remain unheard, judgments not passed, and bail denied. In contrast, criminals receive leniency from the courts, even without surrendering. The state issues protocols to them.

Islamabad High Court and Chief Justice Aamer Farooq are leading this unjust game. Today, the bench in Imran Khan's cipher case collapsed at the last moment. Subsequently, a new bench was formed, which held the hearing but refrained from making any decision. When the bench broke, Imran Khan's lawyer, Salman Akram Raja said, "It is strange and sad. Why should a High Court judge think that he cannot do justice, it is a tragedy and a question mark for the entire system."

A fresh cipher hearing case started in Islamabad High Court after the previous bench broke.

After Justice Arbab Tahir left the bench, a new bench was formed on the intra-court appeal of the cipher case, before which Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Salman Akram Raja said, "During the jail trial, the general public, the families of the accused and the media has no access to hear the case. The jail trial is being conducted in a small cell of the jail, the rights of the accused are also to be looked at". Addressing the Attorney General, Justice Aurangzeb said, "You have to see that we are living in 2023, the era of openness. Open courts, open hearings, and transparency are also required. If a sentence is handed down in a trial behind bars, what the consequences will be, all these things have to be seen".

The court adjourned the hearing by issuing notices to all the parties.

Imran Khan is healthy despite the difficulties in jail.

Chairman Imran Khan's physician, Dr. Faisal Sultan, met him today after the news of slow poisoning and conducted a medical examination. After the meeting, Dr. Faisal said, "Imran Khan is in good health, and he is in good spirits. We are happy that he is mentally and physically healthy. The medical examination did not reveal anything that suggests that he was poisoned. Imran Khan has not complained about food and diet. He takes a limited diet like a healthy person. Imran Khan asked about Shaukat Khanum Hospital on which he was briefed."

Imran Khan refuses to take A class in jail.

Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Shiraz Ranjha, said after meeting Imran Khan, "Imran Khan refused to take A and B classes in jail.

My workers are in C-class prison. I will also be in  C-class jail ."

According to lawyer Ali Ijaz Butar, "Imran Khan has given the instructions that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf will contest the election on every seat in the entire country. No seat will be left empty in any corner of the country."

Shah Mehmood Qureshi's health deteriorated in jail.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Vice Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi's condition worsened in Adiala Jail, After which his lawyer requested the special court judge Zulqarnain Abul Hasnat to transfer Shah Mehmood Qureshi to Pims Hospital and undergo various tests, which the judge approved and allowed Shah Mehmood Qureshi to be transferred to the hospital. Shah Mehmood Qureshi has been in prison for the past several months. His only crime is supporting Imran Khan and not giving false testimony in the cypher case.

It is highly probable that the national election will take place on February 11.

The Supreme Court has directed the President to take action after February 4, following the completion of the Election Commission's electoral process. The Chief Election Commissioner, who has been violating the constitution for months, was ordered to meet the President and present his response in court tomorrow. The Chief Justice emphasized that no further changes will be allowed after this date, it is the ultimate deadline. The Election Commission, in its response submitted today, has proposed February 11 as the date, indicating a high likelihood of the election taking place on that day.

Women prisoners are being kept in jail for longer by making up false cases against them.

Dirty tactics are used to prolong Khadija Shah's imprisonment. A new FIA case has been filed, alleging her involvement in tweets inciting hatred and discord in society, under the charge that she, known as Twitter Professor Khadija Shah, publicly engaged in such activities.

Yesterday, the High Court also summoned IG Punjab in contempt of court for not releasing her despite the bail.

Open contempt of the Supreme Court on the decision of NAB amendments.

The Senate extended the NAB Amendment Ordinance by 120 days. Caretaker Law Minister Irfan Aslam presented the extension resolution. PTI Senator Ali Zafar said that the Supreme Court has said that the NAB Ordinance is illegal. Legislation is the power of Parliament.

The action taken by PML-N and the caretaker government is a disrespectful gesture towards the Supreme Court.

Peshawar High Court allows Tehreek-e-Insaf to carry out political activities.

Insaf Lawyers Forum Spokesperson Mashal Yousafzai said in her tweet, "The brave judges of Peshawar High Court reminded the caretaker government of their time and responsibility and issued an excellent and bold decision by allowing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf political activities.

As long as there are such judges, there will be hope to save Pakistan from the clutches of the powerful and to establish the rule of law."

Big increase in salaries and benefits of bureaucrats.

The caretaker government has raised the perks and salaries for bureaucrats in managerial roles. Referring to the notification issued by the Ministry of Finance, private TV said that the salaries and allowances for MP 1, 2 and 3 scales have increased by 45%.

On the one hand, the poor people are dying of hunger, inflation, and unemployment, and on the other hand, there are so many privileges for government officials. Is this increase a reward for oppressing Tehreek-e-Insaf?

Further increase in the price of chicken meat and eggs.

Lahore, broiler chicken price per kg rose to Rs 476, while live chicken at Rs 317 per kg.

The wholesale price of broiler chicken is Rs 305 per kg, and farm eggs have gone up to Rs 329 per dozen.

Preparing to give another shock of electricity to the people due to inflation.

The Central Power Purchasing Agency (PPA) has formally requested Nepra for a 55 paise per unit electricity price hike. This adjustment is sought due to the fuel price changes in September. Due to the increase, there will be an additional burden of 8 billion 37 crore rupees on the electricity consumers.
