What Is The Purpose Of Imran Khan's Photo Leak?

Today marks the 86th day of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan's unlawful detention. Imran Khan's image has now been publicly revealed for the first time since his illegal arrest on August 5. This photo was taken during his transfer from Attock Jail to Adiala Jail, and it shows him looking frail, which has raised concerns among the public. The timing of releasing this photo a month later has led the nation to question the motives behind it. There are concerns that Imran Khan may potentially be subjected to slow poisoning, and this has heightened both anticipation and worry among the people. The nation eagerly awaits more images of their beloved leader but is also filled with apprehension. Any harm that may befall Imran Khan in jail will undoubtedly prompt the nation to demand answers from the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court and the prison authorities.

Illegal Trial Of Cipher Case Begins In Adiala Jail.

Today, an unauthorized session regarding the cipher case took place in Adiala Jail. Chairman Imran Khan's lawyers raised concerns in the illegal court, stating that the copy of the cipher in their possession does not match the copy that circulates between the Prime Minister's office and the foreign office. They requested copies of the relevant legal documents and the cipher, but these have not been provided yet. This raises a fundamental question about the legitimacy of the trial in this case, as it lacks the necessary legal process. However, the special court judge rejected the lawyers' request, adjourned the hearing, and scheduled the recording of witness statements for November 7.

The Mockery Of Law And The Constitution Persists, With Multiple FIRs Filed For The Same Offence.

Chairman Imran Khan's lawyer, Naeem Haider Panjutha, expressed in a tweet, "The fake FIR related to the alleged counterfeit receipts of Bushra Bibi, along with Imran Khan's 6 interim bails, has been extended until the 14th. It's important to note that there are two separate criminal proceedings against Bushra Bibi in connection with the Tosha Khana case, one by NAB and the other by FIA. According to the law, typically, one action should be taken for one crime, but in this case, there seems to be no such legal constraint. It's not even clear if a crime has occurred, but when those in power are unchallenged, they seem to do as they please without being held accountable.

Harassment Of Imran Khan's Family Continues

Chairman Imran Khan's wife, Bushra Begum, attended the accountability court today, where her lawyer argued, "Every time the court discharges the sureties, NAB sends a notice. We have approached the court for the third time. On the other hand, it was NAB that uninvitedly extended bail to Nawaz Sharif. It was also NAB that took Imran Khan into custody from the High Court on May 9. On one hand, the High Court granted Maryam Nawaz 10 days of protection to approach the court for bail before arrest. However, on the other hand, Bushra Bibi Sahiba can be arrested at any time. This highlights a clear double standard of justice." Subsequently, the court extended Bushra Bibi's bail until November 15 and adjourned the hearing.

Core Committee Meeting Called on Concerns of Slow Poisoning Of Chairman Imran Khan

According to the central media department, the emergency meeting of the core committee of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf is underway. The core committee is examining the information provided by Chairman Imran Khan to his lawyers in detail. After the emergency meeting of the Core Committee, a detailed declaration will be issued on the disgraceful act of playing with the life of Chairman Imran Khan during his imprisonment.

LUMS Students Roasted the Puppet Prime Minister Kakar

Nobody at LUMS chanted any slogans and no one committed any offences, they just asked questions respectfully. Imran Khan did not rule over the young generation, he has given them awareness. An awareness so profound that when someone acquires it, they cannot be suppressed, with any restrictions or hardships. Above and beyond, in the hands of this conscious generation, social media has become a weapon, such that they don't even need traditional media anymore. Now, whoever will challenge them, the youth of today will do the same as students of LUMS have done with the puppet Anwarul Haq Kakar.

Imran Khan's Sisters Are Also Facing Oppression.

The authorities have decided to auction the properties of Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders, including Ali Amin Gandapur, Murad Saeed, Farrukh Habib, Hammad Azhar, Mian Aslam Iqbal, Azam Swati, and Mudassar Wasiq Qayyum, alongside Chairman Imran Khan's sisters, Aleema Khan and Uzma Khan. Lahore administration started implementation. This oppression within Imran Khan's family and among party leaders is a consequence of the London Agreement.

Open Mockery Of Courts Continues

The young leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Kamran Bangash, was arrested in the Dera Ismail Khan case yesterday after getting bail from the Peshawar High Court. Today, the court acquitted him in the Dera Ismail Khan case and at the same time, Tank police arrested him in his fake case and took him to Tank. Every leader who stands by Imran Khan experiences similar oppressive tactics. It is an open insult to the courts.

Female Prisoners Remain Incarcerated Even After Being Granted Bail By The Courts.

Khadija Shah was presented in the Anti-Terrorism Court in Lahore after the completion of her judicial remand. The court extended her remand for another fourteen days, a request made by the police and subsequently approved by Judge Amber Gul. Despite a prior High Court order for her release, Khadija Shah was arrested again, and a new fabricated case was filed against her, in clear violation of the court's directive.

The Funds Of A Financially Struggling Nation Are Wasted To Cater To A Criminal's Needs.

Since Nawaz Sharif's return, the entire state apparatus has been dedicated to supporting him. The unconstitutional caretaker government is openly displaying its favoritism, investing the money of the impoverished nation in a criminal. To ensure the criminal's comfort, the road in front of Jati Umra is being reconstructed meticulously, leaving no pothole untouched. The reckless expenditure of the nation's funds persists unabated.

The Already Burdened Nation Faces Yet Another Surge In Gas Prices.

This hike is set to take effect from November 1, as stated in the official declaration issued by the Petroleum Division. This approval signifies the creation of a significant financial burden worth billions of rupees on the nation.
