Those who dragged Iqbal's daughter-in-law and grandson on the streets are celebrating Iqbal Day today.
The caretaker government today celebrated a holiday across the country on the occasion of Iqbal Day. Shahbaz Sharif and others also tweeted about Iqbal Day. But these are the same fascist rulers who humiliated and harassed Allama Iqbal's daughter-in-law, Justice (R) Nasira Javed by barging into the sanctity of their home and kidnapping her son. Allama Iqbal's grandson, Waleed Iqbal, was dragged on the streets for supporting Imran Khan. Those who vandalized Allama Iqbal's home, how dare they utter his name today?
In the Supreme Court, Imran Khan's bail application for the cipher case has been designated as Case No. 1276/23.
Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has been in unlawful detention for 95 days. He was secretly arrested on August 15 in the cipher case. This arrest was disclosed only after he received bail in the Tosha Khana case, preventing his release. A bail request and a plea for case dismissal were filed in the cipher case at the Islamabad High Court, but both were rejected by Chief Justice Aamer Farooq. In response, lawyers submitted a petition to the Supreme Court, which has now been assigned a case number.
The verdict in the cipher case's unlawful prison trial was contested in the Supreme Court.
On the pattern of the Tosha Khana case, the cipher case is also being conducted illegally in jail in violation of all legal requirements and human rights. Chairman Imran Khan and Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi have been charged. The lawyers have challenged the decision of this illegal indictment in the Supreme Court. The copy of the challan was not given to the lawyers before the indictment was filed. The cipher copy was also not provided. Imran Khan has written "Not Guilty" in his answer during the illegal operation.
Ali Nawaz Awan, who testified to the truth of the sworn statement of Imran Khan, was also kidnapped late at night.
The central leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Ali Nawaz Awan, was kidnapped from Mansehra.
Ali Nawaz Awan's crime is to be loyal to the people and Imran Khan. Ali Nawaz's family and lawyers demand that Ali Awan be produced in court immediately so that he can defend the false allegations against him. Ali Nawaz Awan has admitted under oath in his video on October 6 that Imran Khan never spoke of violent incidents.
Who used the families of martyrs for their nefarious political purposes?
Yesterday, a press conference was held with the families of the martyrs, in which they asked the Supreme Court to withdraw the decision of the trial of the civilians in the military courts. But the martyrs who came to the press club were invited by fraud. The nation asks who is responsible for such humiliation of the martyr's families. Who has not even left the blood of martyrs for their nefarious political purposes? Who is responsible for the martyrdom of Pakistani civilians in the events of May 9? When the families of the martyrs asked who they would vote for, they said Imran Khan.
The unconstitutional Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab failed to defeat Imran Khan even on his channel.
Mohsin Naqvi barred PTI events across Punjab. His office organized Imran Khan's convention statewide. Elections were halted by state machinery, but a higher power (God) held them. Naqvi's channel attempted to discredit Imran Khan, yet the same authority declared PTI the most popular party.
Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders face fascism immediately after the election is announced.
For the last few days, the police have been raiding the house of Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Major Tahir Sadiq. Major Tahir Sadiq's daughter, Iman Tahir, tweeted, "Last night the police raided once again. However, my father Major Tahir Sadiq was saved by the grace of Allah with the prayers of the people of Attock. He is 74 years old. He has heart problems since 2004 and has had 7 stents. The conditions he has been in for the past 6 months have had a very negative impact on his health, daily activities, and routine. It is very sad, reprehensible and extremely worrisome for me as a daughter."
Holding a press conference has also become a crime for Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders.
After the press conference of the PTI leaders at the Karachi Press Club, the leader, Sarbuland Khan was detained. The driver of General Secretary Karachi Advocate Rehman Mahesar was also arrested outside the press club.
The Election Commission, which is doing illegal activities against Imran Khan is silent on Saad Rafiq's open violation of laws.
Yesterday, Khawaja Saad Rafiq released a video on his Twitter account where he is monitoring development work and giving instructions to officials, which is a clear violation of election laws. Saad Rafiq is neither an MNA nor a government employee, then in what capacity was he giving orders to the staff? Why is the Election Commission, which has been jumping up and down against Imran Khan, silent now?
Sanam Javed was arrested for the fourth time after her release.
