LAHORE: PTI Punjab Organizer Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar, on Wednesday, lauded the Election Tribunal???s verdict on NA-154 in favor of PTI leader Jahangir Tareen and demanded mid-term elections in the country. The current government has lost its credibility and moral ground after three successive verdicts against it, he said while addressing a press conference at Chairman Secretariat following the announcement of Election Tribunal???s decision. After rigging has been proved in three of the four constituencies PTI earmarked, not by-election but mid-term polls were the only available option, he declared. This is not hat-trick for PTI but is a referendum against PML-N, he added.He called the decision of Election Tribunal a landmark in electoral history and triumph of democracy and justice. It is just a matter of time when whole side of PML-N would be sent pavilion, he said while adding that a free and fair electoral system was immediate and foremost necessity of the country at this moment in history. The corrupt leadership coming to assemblies through rigging and stealing mandate of people has plagued the country like nothing else, he remarked. PTI Chairman???s Advisor Abdul Aleem Khan, Media Task-Force Head Jamshed Iqbal Cheema, MPA Dr. Nausheen Hamid, Musarrat Jamshed Cheema and others were present on the occasion.Chaudhry Sarwar said the PML-N???s rigging in general elections had been exposed across Pakistan and the tribunal???s decision in NA-154 constituency had exposed the rulers, who grabbed power in the country through rigging.In the upcoming local bodies??? elections, he said, the PTI Tiger Force would be ready to take on all those, who would try to rig the elections on behalf of the rulers. He said the PTI and Imran Khan had become the voice of people of Pakistan and the corrupt politicians and rulers as well as corruption would itself be root out from the country.Abdul Aleem Khan said Imran Khan was the last hope of masses and now they should vote for him to bring in positive change so that the future of generations to come could be secured. He said the PML-N and PPP were the two sides of the same coin as they looted the country???s wealth and pushed the masses to face crises. He said the masses were highly disappointed from the PML-N and PPP.
