Nawaz Sharif has been disqualified "twice". Here is how :
Nawaz Sharif and his party decided to file an appeal seeking a review of the Panama Case verdict. But the Supreme Court of Pakistan rejected that appeal by saying that the decision can not be changed. Nawaz Sharif will stay disqualified according to the final verdict of Panama Case. Nawaz Sharif kept on insulting the Supreme Court after his disqualification and on the other hand , he was seeking a review from the same judiciary. Had badly insulted the 5 judges who disqualified him during his rally from Islamabad to Lahore.
So now we can technically say that he has been disqualified twice.
