Pildat Report Has Exposed Poor Performance Of PML-N: PTI | Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf

PTI Punjab President Ejaz Chaudhary said Pakistan Institute of Legislative

Development and Transparency (Pildat) report has exposed the so-called performance and good governance of PML-N. He said Sharif Brothers always boast about transparency but the Pildat reports says PML-N Government is least transparent. He said now the politically aware people of Pakistan would not silently sit and watch plundering of wealth by political elite.

He said transparency and more openness is required in mega projects for curbing the corruption. But in Sharif Brothers rule contracts are awarded to Chines and Turkish companies through their biggest crony Saif Ur Rehman he added.

He said Nation has seen Sharif Brothers were soaking in corruption scandals of 90s and now the same is happening with the LNG deal with Qatar and Metro Bus project.

Secretary General Yasmin said Pildat report is the reflection of sentiments of the public and every one knows PML-N badly failed to deliver in any sector. Economy is on downward spiral with rampant load shedding that has destroyed industry along with farmers plight is evident she added.

She said PML-N Government never spells out the details of agreements openly and they even do not bother to take parliament into confidence. No one knows about the Chinese investment policy whether it is investment or loan she added. She said it is a fundamental and basic right of taxpayers to be informed about where and how their tax money is being spent.

He questioned where is Adil Gilani of Transparency International and why he is not coming out and speak about the ongoing loot and plunder of PML-N Government. It is being reported in the news channels tha tAdil Gilani works for Prime Minster House. She said Sharif Brothers have tarnished country???s reputation and ironically they are least interested in transparent running of government affairs. She said KP has revolutionized transparency concept with its historic right to information law. Neither the federal nor the other provincial governments want to make things more transparent she added.
