PTI Marks 11th May as a Black Day | Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf

PTI Punjab President Ejaz Chaudhary said 11th May 2013 would be remembered as the darkest day in the electoral history of Pakistan. It was the day when people???s mandate was stolen and PMLN with the help of Returning Officers manipulated the mandate chosen by the people he added. He said it was PTI and its leadership resolves that kept the rigging issue alive for two years with public support as otherwise it was the norm in Pakistan to sit silently and accept the rigging. He said PMLN???s so-called two third majority has already been exposed by NADRA reports on NA-125 and NA-122.

He said legitimacy of the elections was under question from day one it is now proved that elections were not fair and free. Already the evidence presented in the judicial commission is confirming the fact that ECP completely failed to perform its duties as per the regulations.

Secretary General Yasmin said the reason Sharif Brothers failed to deliver is that they are not the true representatives of the people of Pakistan and have made their way to parliament with a fake mandate. They are not backed by the public support and the truth will ultimately come out and will cause more shame and irreparable loss to PMLN she added.

She said judicial commission is a landmark achievement of PTI and entire nation towards true democracy. The next election would not be exploited if PTI succeeds in pressing for accountability and supervision she added.

Information Secretary Andleeb said on 11th May 2013 biggest electoral fraud in the history of Pakistan happened and people of Pakistan were deprived of their fundamental right of sanctity of vote. Despite blatant rigging in general election PTI emerged as the second largest party in terms of votes and it was the big blow to Status Quo she added.

She said PTI has already won the battle in the form of judicial commission and PMLN time gain tactics will not work as the process of cleansing has already been started. Soon the fake mandated ruling elite would be overthrown she added.

She said PLMN is living in fools paradise as they consider this country as their personal property.
