<p style="text-align: left;">PTI Provincial President Punjab Ejaz Ch called the meeting preparing and planning for local body elections of district Jhelum. The meeting was also attended by Gen. Secretary Punjab Dr. Yasmin Rashid, President North Sadaqat Ali Abbasi and Gen. Sec. North Punjab Hina Manzoor. He instructed the officials from dist jehlum to include all stake holder in the LB elections and so that a very competitive strategy will be made to maximize the vote bank in the dist. <br /> <br /> Speaking on the occasion President Punjab Ejaz Ch stressed on the party discipline at all organizational levels. He instructed the office bearers of dist Jhelum to ensure that the number of votes PTI secured in general elections should be increased and all stake holders to be involved in the LB election process. The participants assured the president that they will try at their utmost level to develop consensus amongst different stake holders of the party and will try to capitalize on the party???s vote bank.<br /> <br /> Ejaz Ch also announced the election committee for dist Jhelum which will include the following; Two MNA candidates, Four MPA candidates, one woman MPA Raheela Mehndi, District President and all Tehsil presidents, Sec. Legal Affairs and Sec. Minority. He said that this committee will issue ticket on merit basis. It was also announced that all the members of the committee will work as a team and will have one vote each for selection of the candidates. They will try to develop consensus in the committee in making all the decisions however if the committee is not able to decide on any issue it will be referred to the region or the province for further guidance. He also clarified the extent to which PTI can have election alliances with other parties. <br /> <br /> A large number of office bearers including Noor Khan Bhabha, Rana Nadeem Ahmed, Noor Alam, Mirza Mehmood  Jhelumi, Ch Qurban Hussain, Ch Saqlain, Ch Tahir Asis and the all the dist. elected body, were also president. <br /> <br /> Andleeb Abbas Sec. Information PTI Punjab severely condemned the govt for secretly planning to increase the price of diesel and octane from first of December she said that this was shameful keeping in view that the oil prices have come down in the international market due to IRAN-US deal. She said that the prices in the international market were continuously going down while the prices in Pakistan were continuously going up to sponsor the prime minister foreign trips.
