Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's response on the shameful court decision in the baseless, absurd, false and baseless case of founding chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan.
Judge Qudratullah's decision is very shameful, contrary to Shariah orders and a serious and shameful attack on Quran, law and marital and family laws, the spokesperson of Tehreek-e-Insaf said.
With his decision, Judge Qudratullah has removed the mask of honor, modesty, shame and civilization from the face of the state and revealed to the world the filth that thrives inside it, the spokesperson of Tehreek-e-Insaaf.
Judge Qudratullah has bowed the head of the justice system in shame by writing a very dark judgment of the most absurd, nonsensical and non-transparent trial in history, Tehreek-e-Insaf spokesperson said.
Today, the state, completely ignorant of the sanctity of one’s privacy, has proved its vagrancy by interfering in matters such as marriage and divorce, especially in marriage, which is illegal, un-Sharia, un-Islamic and unethical.
In order to persuade the founding chairman Imran Khan to accept slavery and to turn him away from the service of God, the rogue state planners have openly mocked the limits of God and trampled civilization and Shariah under their feet with hatred and contempt, the spokesperson of Tehreek-e-Insaf said.
After the absurd cases like Cipher and Tosha Khana, through the verdict of the marriage case in Iddat, they tried to push forward the nefarious agenda of hateful political revenge, Tehreek-e-Insaf Spokesperson said.
The captain never bowed down in the face of severe degradation, blatant injustice and bare lawlessness, nor will his nation accept pharaohism, Tehreek-e-Insaf spokesperson said.
Facing the oppression and injustice with full courage and bravery, the people will take revenge for all the oppression done to the brave leader of the nation and every injustice done to him on February 8, the spokesperson of Tehreek-e-Insaf said.
